Allergens
Truly Exceptional Bakehouse LLC is NOT an allergen-free kitchen and cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions. Food prepared here may contain milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, gluten, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. If you or someone in your party has any food allergies, it is not recommended that you purchase from Truly Exceptional Bakehouse LLC.
Liability
Truly Exceptional Bakehouse LLC’s liability for any claims arising out of your use of our bakery services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. Truly Exceptional Bakehouse LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Truly Exceptional Bakehouse LLC is not liable for any damages to your order after the order has been picked up or delivered. Refunds will not be issued for orders after they have left the possession of Truly Exceptional Bakehouse LLC.
How To Order
Visit the contact tab of this website to place an order. Please order at least TWO weeks in advance. An invoice will then be sent to you via email. You will be able to pay your invoice online using any bank card.
Pricing & Cancellation
The total price of the order will be determined based on the size, flavor, design complexity, and any additional customizations. Full payment is required to confirm your order. In the event of cancellation, you must provide at least 72-hour notice from the agreed delivery time and a 50% refund will be processed to the original form of payment. If an order is canceled with less than 72-hour notice, NO refund will be provided. Refunds will not be issued for orders that are deemed to meet the agreed-upon specifications.

Quality & Artistry
Truly Exceptional Bakehouse LLC provides you with high-quality, freshly baked goods and is not liable for any changes in taste and texture that may occur after the recommended consumption period. Truly Exceptional Bakehouse LLC reserves all artistic freedoms and interpretations when creating custom orders. Designs cannot be replicated exactly but can be used as inspiration. All bakes are “bespoke” or made to order.
Truly Exceptional Bakehouse LLC is an online bakery boutique that is insured, and New York State Home Processing approved.
